This project aims to build an infrastructure of instrumentation, computing and communication to viability the Smart Cities, covering from the acquisition of urban raw data through sensor network and Internet of Things, the communication, the storage and acess of this data by diferent technology and protocols of wireless network, to the construction of aplications that will take advantage of that infrastructure, supporting better public and environmental management and adding value to the citizen.
